Accompanied II

The second painting in the “Accompanied” series by Dominican Artist, PBazil, is part of another sequence of his original acrylic on canvas paintings featuring umbrellas and a solid, trustworthy deep blue sky.  In this unique Caribbean art piece, an entire city of light blue buildings extends across an island. The island is full of colors including green, brown, white, yellow and dark brown. Over the city there is a greatly textured yellow umbrella that can only protect a portion of the buildings, so in the distance it appears another yellow umbrella will accompany the first in order to assist with the task of protection and unification.
