Emmanuel Beltre was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and studied plastic arts and painting at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. As a child, Emmanuel had an insatiable appreciation for the beauty of natural scenery; particularly the landscapes of places he had visited and the pictures he saw in textbooks.

Throughout his career, he has been part of exhibitions, such as “Tu Coche Bar Gallery,” “The 11th Contest of Agro and Nature” and “The First Collective Student Exhibition.”

He is inspired by geometrical shapes found in nature. His preferred medium is acrylic due to its versatility, but he also creates in oil. When asked why paints, Emmanuel said, “With my art I want to take your mind to imaginary places; to ignite interest, relaxation, and peace. “
