Thank you for Choosing Happy with Islands Arts. We hope that you are happy with the artwork you have purchased. However, if you are not, we would be more than happy to help. For general inquiries, please send us an email at 


If you have purchased with Islands Arts and aren’t happy, you must return the art within 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase for exchange or art credit only. All claims are case by case, and in some cases, we will not be able to approve returns for an exchange or art credit.When returning artwork, please return it with the original packaging.


All sale items are FINAL. Sale items include but are not limited to:

  • Create your Own
  • Promotional Items
  • Sale Items
  • Auctions
  • Any other piece of art that has not been purchased at a regular price.


We take the utmost care in packaging our artwork and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, we advise you to examine the artwork on arrival before signing for them. We encourage you not to take the artwork from the carrier if it is damaged. Contact us immediately if your artwork seems damaged before opening your package.

If your artwork is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We must be notified through our website where you can fill out a Return Claim Form. Failing to do so can result in your claim being denied.

Artwork must be removed carefully from packaging as we accept no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork during unpacking.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue any refunds, exchanges or store credit for any items. This includes items found to have been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions. While our policies are firm, we will do anything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Islands Arts is as unique as your artwork.

You must retain possession of your artwork and ensure that your artwork is kept in the same condition as it was when it was delivered.

  • General Information
  • Product Information
  • Digital Upload of Art
  • Reason for Return

When filling out the Return Claim Form, digital photo of the artwork and packaging must be uploaded along with your claim. (We will not accept any claims without the upload). *see photo requirements.


To accept a claim, you must upload CLEAR photos of your damaged artwork and packaging. We require a minimum of 4 photos. Two of the damaged art, and two of the damaged packaging in different angles. The more photos you submit, the better your chances are at getting an exchange or art credit.

Once we receive a claim, you will be notified via email and we will contact you within 24 hours on how to proceed with your order.

Your credit will be issued once artwork is received.
